This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications “Top 100” and “Family Home Evening Feud” (collectively, “the Apps”), developed by On The Side LLC, based in Utah, United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information through the Apps:

• Custom Identifier: Each device that uses the Apps is assigned a unique custom ID generated automatically by the Apps in the background. This ID helps us track usage across devices.
• Analytics Data: We collect data about how and when the Apps are used (e.g., when a game is played) through Google Analytics and Firebase.
• Cookies (Possibly): The Apps may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics purposes, though this is not confirmed at this time.
• In-App Purchases: Payment information for in-app purchases is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment-related personal data ourselves.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location unless it is part of the analytics data described above.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Tracking Usage: To understand how the Apps are used and monitor their performance.
• Improving the Apps: To analyze usage patterns and make enhancements to the Apps' features and functionality.

3. How We Collect Your Information

• The custom ID is created automatically by the Apps when you install or use them.
• Analytics data is collected automatically via Google Analytics and Firebase when you interact with the Apps.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your data with the following third party:

• Google (Google Analytics and Firebase): We use Google Analytics to track usage and Firebase to store the custom ID and analytics data. Google may process this data according to its own privacy policies, which you can review at Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage and Security

The custom ID and analytics data are stored securely in Firebase, a service provided by Google. Firebase uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and Transport Layer Security (TLS) for data in transit to protect your information. We rely on Firebase's and Google's security standards to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Analytics Tracking: There is no option to opt out of analytics tracking in the Apps, as it is essential to our ability to monitor and improve their performance.
Data Deletion: There is no mechanism within the Apps for you to delete your custom ID or analytics data. This data is retained for as long as necessary to support the purposes outlined in this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., the California Consumer Privacy Act or General Data Protection Regulation). See Section 9 for how to contact us about these rights.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not targeted toward children under the age of 13. They are designed for adults to play with kids. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

8. International Users

The Apps are available worldwide and operated from Utah, United States. Data collected through the Apps is stored on servers in the United States via Firebase. If you use the Apps from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
